We were pleased with the professional approach of Josh Dunstan from Stockdale and Leggo in all aspects of the sale process of our house in Cowes. The initial advice, advertising and sales process was excellent. The follow up to open days and prospective sales was prompt and efficient leading to a successful sale being achieved.

We have engaged Josh Dunstan from S&L in Cowes on two occasions to sell a property for us. We did not hesitate to engage Josh for the second time as our previous experience was excellent. Josh was able to secure a buyer when other agents had failed. On this occasion, a quick sale. Local experience and property knowledge are one of the key drivers in Josh’s success but add his pleasant no fuss professional demeanor has made selling properties with Josh, “enjoyable”.

Camille was an absolute delight to deal with. Her professionalism, guidance, and friendly attitude made the entire process enjoyable, and she was always willing to go the extra mile. Jaime was excellent to work with in selling our home. She was so responsive and flexible in all of our dealings, and worked really hard to achieve the sale we wanted. Jaime hosted many open homes for us, providing prompt feedback and always remaining positive that we would find the right buyer. We never felt pressured to alter our price or terms, and always felt as though she saw the unique features and value in our home as much as we did. Jaime offered an excellent selling experience.

Camille went above and beyond in supporting our family with the sale of our holiday home after 33 years. We’re incredibly grateful for her help preparing the house, organising stylists, and managing removalists and rubbish collection when we couldn’t be there. Living far away made things challenging, but her clear, responsive communication made the process smooth and stress-free.

Josh was a very practical and informed agent who developed our trust. He was trustworthy. We were very wary of local agents who ‘horse-traded’ with both buyers and sellers. Josh was a breath of fresh air in his calm honesty.

I was stubborn with my initial asking price and after a meeting onsite.
Jaime turned up prepared with all the right information and a nice little increase on an offer I’d already declined.
Which lead to a fun sale and happy place for both myself and the purchaser.
