Sam was amazing! I picked him out of four different agents because he was honest and told me the truth. He was not willing to promise unrealistic results. Sam was upfront and explained the reality of the current market. Sam is an excellent communicator. Nothing was to hard for him to do. He responded to requests promptly. Always calm and encouraging. I was very impressed with how he handled negotiations. Even offered support in an outside tricky situation. Highly recommend him!
