We have engaged Josh Dunstan from S&L in Cowes on two occasions to sell a property for us. We did not hesitate to engage Josh for the second time as our previous experience was excellent. Josh was able to secure a buyer when other agents had failed. On this occasion, a quick sale. Local experience and property knowledge are one of the key drivers in Josh’s success but add his pleasant no fuss professional demeanor has made selling properties with Josh, “enjoyable”.

Josh was wonderful to deal with. His referrals to Conveyancers, Building and Pest Inspection and a local builder to take care of an issue that came out of the inspection were all excellent.
