Rod blew our expectations out of the water with all his help on so many levels. Our words here will not be able to adequately convey our gratitude for what Rod achieved for us. We are in rural Victoria and weren’t able to be hands on. Not a problem for Rod as he organised a major clean up of the property after tenants had ran it down. He communicated with us every step of the way. No questions went unanswered. Rod’s expertise once it was ready for sale achieved a quick sale at an excellent price

Although we had some unexpected issues with the sale Kristy was always keeping me in the loop as to the progress with the sale and open for inspections etc.

As a seller based overseas, Rod was super easy to work with and made the process hassle free. He arranged for everything to be styled prior to the first open and sold the house above ask within a week. Highly recommend.

Kristy is phenomenal. I have neurotic tendencies and Kristy is so calm and confident and was able to talk me down from the ledge on a couple of occasions during the process! Kristy went well above and beyond on what her role in the sale was (organising all the stuff I was supposed to do) and then I left the country on the day we went on market. Even this didn’t phase her!! Lost keys? No problem! Jammed door? No problem. You’re in Dubai? No problem!
