Rhonda performed an excellent task selling my mom’s house. Rhonda knew her house values, the area (& recent sales), and answered all our questions honestly. In contrast, other agents either under/over quoted the house value significantly. Selling with others would have resulted in substantially less money or alternatively, house unsold for months. Potential buyers wondering what is wrong with house. Then that agent would get us to accept a much lower price.
