We received an offer well below asking price which we instructed Julie to decline and an offer just shy of asking price which we instructed Julie to accept. Julie however put them in a bidding war revealing the other party’s bids and conditions of purchase, which resulted in a very drawn out settlement.
On more than one occasion people were let into our house without us being notified. I just happened to be there.
Overall we were not very happy with Julie not following clear instructions

It’s been a while since we’ve dealt with realtors so it was a nice surprise to have a realtor that is of the standard of Dean, ever question, query and any information needed Dean was on the ball and answered in a more than reasonable time frame. Would not hesitate to recommend both Dean and stockdale and Leggo to anybody looking for a home or land.
