Daniel was a wonderful support for me during the difficult time of selling our family home. I appreciated how he explained each step in plain English & every decision that needed to be made was made by me. I did not feel pushed or pressured at any stage during the process. He would call after every appointment & open he had & tell me how things went. He was very knowledgeable about the value of houses in the area & he was was able to negotiate a purchase price that was more than satisfactory.

Our house went to market during the 2021 lockdowns, we new this was going to be a stressful sale and a very difficult campaign to manage. We selected Daniel based on his confidence to get the job done.
Throughout the whole process Daniel kept us in the loop with government regulations and managed the sale of the property to the best of his ability considering the circumstances.
