I have sold 2 houses through Dean and have been very pleased with the result both tomes. He is honest and efficient. Tells you upfront what he thinks and very helpful on ideas to fix it up a little. Would recommend him to anyone.

Dean went above an beyond to assist us with the purchase of this block. There were a few things that needed to be investigated before we could finalize everything and Dean was very quick to obtain details from the developer to enable us to push forward. He’s a straight shooter and we liked that.
