Erin was a breathe of fresh air to work with when I was selling my home. Always cheerful, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much to ask for. She certainly put a nice touch to the decor of the house before the photo shoot. It was a great experience working with Erin.

Erin and Sam were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. As purchases from interstate the whole process of purchasing our new home was seamless. We found Sam to be a great communicator and prompt in follow up to any questions we had about the property. He was a strong negotiator on behalf of the vendor but was able to bring both parties together and complete the sale. We love our new home and if we were ever to sell I would certainly go with Sam an Erin at Stockdale & Leggo.

Erin sold me my house originally and I always thought I’d like to utilise her services when I sold. She works for the vendor but manages to keep the buyer engaged and interested. She was on the money with her estimate and literally held our hands throughout the sale campaign. She took her time with the marketing, lent me her cushions to style and was efficient and knowledgeable. I cannot rate her service high enough. If Erin or Sammy are your sales agent, then you are in the most capable hands.

Erin, alongside her partner in real estate crime, Sammy, were a breath of fresh air as soon as they walked into our door.
