Aaron has his finger on the pulse. He searched his network for prospective buyers. He found someone who had been very interested in a similar unit to ours. He arranged with us to bring the client to the property prior to us renovating it or advertising it for sale. An offer was made after some consultation. Wasn’t quite what we wanted. Aaron negotiated with the buyer and got us a great price! Aaron was consistently open, honest and communicative throughout.
