Vince was wonderful to deal with. He kept us updated on everything (including the grass – when it required mowing etc), and even the floods didn’t deter his commitment. The property has a heritage overlay which adds another dimension and definitely provides some challenges when selling. The home had been in the family for 84 years. My sister and I were joint vendors, however, we don’t live anywhere near the property. This made it even more important to receive regular updates. Thanks Vince.
