Dean is a gentleman. We dealt with numerous agents in Geelong area…but Dean brought no BS with him. He presented the property to us promptly.
He listened to our needs and he honestly discussed our offers with the vendor.
The sale was concluded within an hour of the inspection.
He was fully honest and transparent on what other offers were in …their conditions and status.
He secured a sale for the vendors at an appropriate market price and as purchasers we were treated fairly and honestly.
