When we initially met Alan, we felt very comfortable with his approach to the way in which he was going to market our property to obtain the best result. However, we were a bit deflated with the final price achieved given we spent quite a bit of money getting the property ready for market, on Alan’s advise. We would have liked to achieve a better price point, however we are happy that the stress of selling is all over!

Great Outcome During Challenging Covid Times
Following my son’s experience when Jean sold his house in2020, l decided to use Jean when it came time for me in 2021. Despite all of the Covid challenges, Jean managed the whole process smoothly and stress free. Via both her existing network and new potential Purchasers, she negotiated an excellent outcome with a sale prior to the proposed Online Auction. Both Vendor and Purchaser delighted with the outcome.
