All you can ask for is an honest opinion which is what you get from Adam. After valuing the place he got us to fix up a couple of things. Adam showed us a few similar properties that had sold recently which helped to market a price. He Phoned regularly to keep us up to date and when an offer came in he worked for us to get the best possible price. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone selling a property.

We recently bought a block of land with Dean.
We had already viewed the site, so Dean invited us to the office for further discussion, where he promptly answered all queries. We made an offer, Dean contacted the vendor while we waited and a deal was struck.
